Blackmores Biotin H+ combines 150 mcg of biotin and 15 mg of zinc with a set of plant extracts traditionally used for hair and nails: millet seed, horsetail, white tea, dried kelp and capsicum. Vitamin C, vitamin E, beta-carotene and selenium from yeast round out the antioxidant side. One tablet a day with food.
