Erawadee No.8 Ya Mong Khao White Herbal Balm 90 g

Ya Mong Khao is the white balm of the Thai household medicine cabinet — the cooling, camphor-and-menthol style balm that Thai families keep by the bed for stuffy noses, tight temples and insect bites. How to Use

External use only. Apply a small amount (a pea-sized drop covers more than 100 cm2 of skin) and massage gently until absorbed, 1–3 times a day. For a blocked nose apply under the nostrils; for tight temples rub into the temples and the back of the head; at bedtime apply to the point between the eyebrows; for insect bites apply to the affected spot. Wash your hands thoroughly afterwards. Do not apply to damaged or irritated skin, do not use on children under 2, and do not rub into the chest over the heart. Avoid contact with the eyes, nose and mouth; remove from skin with vegetable oil or a nourishing cream, and from the eyes with clean petroleum jelly. Store away from direct sunlight at 15–30°C.
