Formula 2 is Thongtong Osoth's reworked herbal compress ball, a 200 g cotton bundle of aromatic Thai herbs steamed until hot and then pressed over the body. One ball can be reused three or four times if it is aired dry and kept in the fridge between sessions, which makes it practical for a course of home treatments rather than a single use.

How to Use
