This is the classic Thai yaa tom for new mothers: a loose mix of dried roots, barks and aromatic herbs that you simmer in water and drink as a warm decoction. Thai postpartum care has used preparations like this for generations during the first weeks after childbirth, alongside rest, warmth and hot compresses. The 130 g pack is a full course, and it is a registered Thai traditional herbal product.

How to Use

Boil the herbs in water and drink 250 ml three times a day before meals, or in place of drinking water, for up to one week. Do not use for longer than 15 days. Speak to your midwife or doctor before use. Follow the directions on the package.
